We offer a complete set of Web-based tools, including employee and manager self-service portals with workflow and approval capabilities; benefits enrollment; claims and eligibility status; and policy and procedures information. All information is linked to an employee portal that provides user-specific data related to geography, role, and organization. This offering is built on an open architecture that leverages our clients' existing technology.

Systems America has experience with most major ERP providers, including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, and Lawson. In addition, we host clients' infrastructure at data centers around the globe, while providing a utility-based pricing model for scalability.
 
Core Process Redesign
Our Six-Sigma-based process redesign model identifies opportunities to gain efficiencies in HR services. Systems America manages projects to implement approved process redesign and tracks updates in data protection/privacy laws and procedures.
 
Benefits Administration
Systems America provides an integrated end-to-end benefits solution. Systems America production facilities in the USA, and India provide healthcare claim administration; membership and enrollments; severance, COBRA, and HIPAA notification and administration; and health and welfare claims processing. Systems America can work with a client's existing providers or leverage our extensive network of health and welfare partners to reduce costs and improve performance.
 
Payroll
Systems America services include payroll, time and attendance reporting, employee data maintenance, employee inquiry and response, pay calculation, payroll payment production and distribution, deduction remittances, payroll tax payments and filings, wage attachments, miscellaneous payments, and payroll accounting.

    Systems America team of doctorate-level industrial psychologists enables selection of quality staffing-related placements, talent development and retention, organizational effectiveness, and applied research and data analysis.
     
    Relocation
    We feature global relocation program management, including assistance with pre-departure, the relocation itself, and on-going assignment. Other relocation services include repatriation, expatriate security and crisis management, expatriate expense and payroll management, expatriate tax assistance, and home sale/purchase program management.

    Employee Service Center
    Systems America provides full-service employee call and transaction center services. These services include answering employee calls regarding payroll inquiries, educational assistance, organizational/personnel records changes, eLearning help desk, and benefits cost inquiries; data management services, such as SAP support, legal, file management, or immigration support; HR transactions, such as banking information/direct deposits, education assistance processing, education data updates, job/salary changes, leaves of absence/reinstatement, and performance evaluations; and training transactions, including on-line/Web-based training, technical support, roster reconciliation, and course creation/validation.
