Managed Projects: In this model, we take complete responsibility of project management, planning, execution, testing, deployment and maintenance. All work is done on pre-agreed timelines, budget and strict specification.
Staff Augmentation: We provide resources to customers to work on specific customer managed projects on a contractual basis. In this model, our resources work under the direct supervision of the customer project managers.
Offshore: In this model, the entire software development happens at our Offshore Development Center in Gurgaon. The customer usually takes care of the project management locally.
Onsite/offshore: This is our most widely-used model. In this model, only the mandatory team remains onsite and majority of the team remains offshore. Through this model we ensure that onsite components are minimized without adding worries and risks to the project.
Onsite: The duration and nature of some engagements often requires work to be done completely onsite at the client's premises. This model is perfect for executing an assignment for customers who are looking to begin a phased approach to offshoring.
Dedicated team: In this model, the customer engages a dedicated Cloudeeva team for a period of time that acts as the virtual extension of the customer’s in-house development team. Monthly billing is raised based on the number of resources dedicated every month. This is the most cost-effective pricing model.
Time and Material: In this model, we assign a team of experts to the customer and monthly billing is based on the actual number of hours spent on the project and fixed rates for each skill set involved. The time and material arrangement is best suited to situations where requirements can vary during the project implementation process. This is the most flexible pricing model.
Fixed Price: This model is suitable for projects with well defined requirements and schedules. In this model, we estimate the project scope and complexity and provide a project delivery schedule along with the fixed price for the complete project development. The primary advantage of the Fixed Price model consists in allowing the client to determine exact project budget in advance.
Hybrid: The hybrid model combines the best of the dedicated team model, the time and material model and fixed price model, giving the customer increased flexibility and control over projects.
